What started as a small fundraising idea — a local hockey team raffling off a side of beef — quickly grew into something much bigger. Families across Central Alberta began reaching out, looking for a way to enjoy high‑quality beef while saving money by buying in bulk.

 

We realized we had an opportunity to do more than just sell beef. We could support our community, strengthen local connections, and share the best of Southern Alberta’s Certified Angus with the people who appreciate it most.
